Modular Proposal
We will submit a Modular Proposal that will outline your needs and issues you are facing, and offer Modules of Solutions to address them. You will have the flexibility of choosing specific modules of the proposed solutions according to your needs and preferences. We can, of course, customize the Proposal further based on your requests.
Establish Scope of Work & Deliverables
Once you have agreed to work with us, we will lay out mutually agreeable deliverables according to your goals and expectations.
Introduction & Discovery
- Introduce the team members of all the parties involved in the project.
- Establish communication protocols.
- Revisit deliverables and client’s expectations.
- Collect information necessary for the project.
- Outline tasks for both parties.
